Dispute a result without publishing your case.

• A lead, hypothesis, or pattern label (for example a timing, peel-chain, or authorization lead) that you believe is misleading for a specific address or transaction.
• A sanctions display that does not match the current OFAC SDN List, such as a listing that has since been removed.
• A decoding, formatting, or network-resolution error in how public source data was presented.

Blockchain records are public and immutable; the operator cannot remove a transaction from a ledger. It can change how its own results describe that record.

OFAC decides SDN listings. A request to be removed from the SDN List must go to OFAC through its delisting process; once OFAC removes an entry, this service stops showing it after the next scheduled list refresh.

• Send the address or transaction identifier, the network, the finding title, and why it is wrong to info@forensia.ai.
• Do not send seed phrases, private keys, identity documents, or confidential case material. The operator will ask for more only if a request cannot be assessed without it.
• Requests are acknowledged within 3 days and resolved within 30 days. If a finding is corrected, the methodology or display change applies to every future lookup, not only yours.
• Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the grievance officer: to be designated before public launch, info@forensia.ai.
