EthereumLook inside the transaction.

Ethereum lets people transfer value and run programs called smart contracts. One transaction can call several contracts, change permissions and move different assets. Its headline ETH amount tells only part of that story.

The useful question

What did this transaction actually do?

Start with the transaction outcome. Then compare token events, internal calls and the source records behind each interpretation. A call tree explains which contract called which.

Where the evidence stops

Traces depend on source coverage. A successful outer transaction does not mean every internal call succeeded, or that its sender understood the action.

Try it in Forensia

Start with a public identifier. Read the summary, then open its activity and sources. The workspace keeps its existing first-search name and email step; reading these guides does not require it.
