Reading a Free result
Start with the activity, open the details you need, and keep the limits in view.
#Plain languageStart with the answer
Complete the required name and email form, then look up a public address or transaction. No wallet connection or signature is needed. Overview identifies the network and subject and summarises what the captured records show. A transaction reads like a receipt; an address shows available account facts and recent activity.
#How it worksFive views, one capture
- Overview: the short explanation, observed account context and coverage limits.
- Activity: the captured records and their chart. Narrow by direction, asset or execution status, or group by transaction. A contract interaction is not necessarily a payment.
- Connections: pan and zoom the graph, select a node or edge, and inspect its records. Trace follows connections already on the canvas; expanding a node starts a separate bounded lookup.
- Analysis: inspect findings and their supporting records. A possible pattern is not a verdict.
- Sources: inspect returned responses, timestamps and fingerprints. Long lists scroll inside the panel; source retention and download restrictions still apply.
#How it worksKeep the result
Save result keeps an investigation in this browser. Saved lets you reopen it, add notes or documents, and prepare a JSON backup or Markdown report. Browser storage is not encrypted or synced; keep a downloaded backup. A saved capture is not refreshed just by reading it, and exporting does not retrieve missing history.
Prepare creates the file; Download asks your browser to save it. Check your Downloads folder before relying on the backup. If preparation fails, the page explains that nothing was downloaded and lets you try again.
#Plain languageLarge transactions
Activity and receipt pages show 12 records at a time; transaction-step pages show 20. Paging changes only what is visible, not the saved capture or report. Bitcoin inputs and outputs are kept together within a 2,048-record bound. EVM receipts retain up to 2,048 supported transfer items, at most 256 from one batch. Larger batches, incomplete traces and unsupported events stay explicitly partial. Graphs remain bounded visual samples.
Metadata backups now accept up to 8 MiB per investigation. Browser storage can impose a lower quota; a failed save is not reported as saved. Two captures and the existing total-storage limit still apply. Downloads do not retrieve omitted history.
#LimitsWhat is not included
- History is bounded. Retained, omitted and unchecked records are not interchangeable; missing records do not prove inactivity.
- Native balance is not a full portfolio. New Ethereum ERC-20 inventory and pinned balance checks are local-only review features, not enabled on the hosted site.
- Names, symbols and connected addresses do not establish identity, safety or ownership. A graph path does not prove that the same funds travelled every edge.
- Paid accounts, checkout, cloud-synced cases, watches, AI explanations and transaction-patch simulation are not enabled by this Free release.
Optional usage measurement is separate from the mandatory signup. Hosted basic analytics records search types and networks, not exact searched identifiers or name-linked usage. Measurement is off unless you opt in. The first-search form offers this unchecked choice; you can change it in the footer or request deletion of earlier usage records there, even after switching measurement off.
