UniswapA swap is a sequence, not a single arrow.

Uniswap is a family of decentralized exchange protocols. Different versions use different contracts and pool designs. A router can coordinate several operations inside one transaction.

  1. 01

    A router receives the request

  2. 02

    One or more pools execute

  3. 03

    Assets reach their recipients

The investigation question

Which pool exchanged which assets?

Identify version, router and pool. Compare decoded calls and events with surviving asset movements. Separate swap inputs, fees and final recipients instead of adding every transfer together.

What this guide does not establish

A swap label alone does not prove price manipulation or net profit. Protocol-wide decoding is not implied by a learning profile.
